Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship in Canada an USA. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
What materials do you use?
We use premium-grade stainless steel, aluminum, and BPA-free components where necessary. No cheap plastic, no shortcuts — just solid, reliable craftsmanship.
Can I return a product if I’m not satisfied?
Definitely. We offer a 30-day return window. If something doesn’t feel right, let us know and we’ll make it right — no hassle.
Are your products compatible with all espresso machines?
Most of our tools are designed to fit standard 58mm portafilters. Always double-check your machine’s specs, or shoot us a message if you’re unsure.
